An update on changes at the
Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate
Executive chef Simba Musiyiwa
Dear Valued Trade Partner,
We have welcomed a new executive chef, Simba Musiyiwa, who joined us on October 1, to oversee the restaurants on the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate.
Simba is a young Zimbabwean with international experience, having previously worked at the Grand Hyatt in Ethiopia, at Jardine Restaurant in Cape Town, as well as at Singita Pamushana Lodge in Malilangwe Reserve.
We look forward to his new ideas, inspired by modern culinary trends, coming into play at MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, the Buffalo Bar and the Victoria Falls Safari Club restaurant.
In other changes, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate general manager Dustin Kennedy has left to start his own ventures in Victoria Falls.
We wish him every success in his endeavours.
