We would like to send a formal notification that the owners of the land adjacent to Robberg House at Robberg Beach Lodge are building a residential house. This has unfortunately had a 40% negative impact on the view of R9 which is a view suite.
There is some drilling and sanding which is limited to their working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, mostly during the time where guests are out for the day or relaxing by the two pool decks. The impact of the guest experience has been minimal.
They do not work on weekends, they will be closing for builders holiday from 14 December – 15 January, they are due to be finished with the build at the end of April 2019.
