IMMEDIATE CHANGES TO LODGE CONSERVATION LEVIES
Dear Valued Partner,
We have been advised that, with immediate effect, National Parks have increased the Lodges Conservation Levy from US$10 to US$15 per person per night.
This is beyond our control so regrettably, we have no option but to implement the increase.
For 2019 bookings that are already in place and invoiced, our intention is to collect the balance of fees from guests directly, on check out. It would therefore, be greatly appreciated if you could advise your guests of this increase and that they will be required to settle the difference direct at the Lodges.
Alternatively, if you prefer that Wild Horizons invoices you, the agent, for the fees, please advise us through the Reservationist that completed your booking and we will do so accordingly.
We will otherwise start collecting the additional fees from guests as of Saturday, 24 August 2019.
For 2020 bookings already in place, we will send an amended invoice including the new Conservation Levy.
