Along with a phenomenal team of architects, designers and contractors, and the support of family, friends, colleagues, staff and shareholders we have reached the finish line and are proud to present our superb new hotel and restaurant.
Knysna Hollow is set on a secluded 3-hectare Country Estate just 5 minutes from the centre of Knysna, a quaint seaside town widely regarded as the jewel of the Garden Route. This brand-new contemporary country retreat offers stylish accommodation with warm personal service and authentic dining in our casual restaurant, Social Eatery & Bar.
The modern Cape Country Manor House is the focal point of the Estate and houses all our public areas – restaurant, bar, reception, sun deck and internet library. The state-of-the-art Conference Venue seats up to 160 delegates and features modern audio-visual facilities and converts into a glamorous banqueting venue for weddings and functions.
GARDEN SUITES
The 44 contemporary Garden Suites are situated in our lush gardens and offer all modern amenities in a spacious and serene environment. These modern, air-conditioned rooms each feature satellite television, Nespresso coffee stations, laptop safes, mini-bar fridges, L’Occitane guest amenities, king-size beds and private patios overlooking the gardens with two sparkling swimming pools. Interleading Family Rooms are also available.
SOCIAL EATERY & BAR
Social Eatery & Bar is the social hub of Knysna Hollow, where everyone is welcome and where guests and Knysna locals alike come together to enjoy authentic local food, craft beer and great South African wines from unique and independent estates.
The design is edgy, the music mixes classics with the latest vibes and the food is meant to be enjoyed – simple, tasty menus with all ingredients locally-sourced.
