SA EXPRESS
SA Express (SAX) has resumed flights following the suspension of all flights on Wednesday, 28 August.  The suspension was implemented by the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) after SAX failed to pay its outstanding debt to the provider.   In the interim, SAX shareholder, the Department of Public Enterprises has extended the necessary financial support to airline.  An airline spokesperson confirmed that the financial boost will ensure that SAX offers a reliable schedule, improved on-time performance as well as necessary liquidity to grow its fleet.
