We invite you to take a seat at an exclusive Chef’s Wine Table, presented by Executive Chef, Stephen Fraser and Cellar Master, Wynand Lategan on Saturday, the 8th of June 2019, from 18:00.
On arrival at the Estate’s recently renovated private dining venue, you will be welcomed with a cocktail. Once seated, Chef Fraser will talk guests through the new winter menu, featuring the very best locally and sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients. You’ll then get to see first-hand how these elegant and imaginative dishes are crafted by Lanzerac’s team of talented chefs.
Each course will be accompanied by fine wines from the Heritage range that have been carefully selected by the Cellar Master to perfectly complement the menu. He will be advising on why each wine was chosen and which notes harmonise with the ingredients in the different dishes.
Limited to 30 diners, guests can expect an unforgettable, exclusive evening out – interacting with the passionate people behind the luxurious Lanzerac experience. The cost is R895 per person and pre-bookings are essential.
