CORUNDUM TOURS CC TERMS & CONDITIONS INTRODUCTION

Corundum Tours CC(The Company), registration number 2006/043262/23 is a registered member of the Southern
Africa Tourism Services Association (SATSA). The Company possesses all licenses and permits necessary to
conduct business as a Tour Operator in Southern Africa.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SUPPLIERS TERMS & RISK

The Company acts as an agent/broker in packaging the tours and travel arrangements, utilizing the product of
various travel suppliers.

While the Company makes every effort to engage quality suppliers among Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators and
other service providers to provide the travel product featured in the attached manual. The Company will try to ensure that the various services making up your Tour will be carried out efficiently and as specified, the Company does not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default, act or omission of any supplier in carrying out the arrangements of any tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.

The Company also accepts no liability for changes, omissions or delays before or during the course of any published
tour occasioned by technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes, war or unrest, communcation breakdowns or
events beyond the control of the Company. All expenses occasioned by such events, including but not limited to
unscheduled extensions or curtailment of accommodation, changes to scheduled flights, additional airfares, telephone and meal costs, etc, will be for the customers account.

If in the opinion of the Company the fulfillment of any tour is considered impossible, ilegal or inadvisable because
of weather conditions, unrest, strikes, war and/or any other adverse factors beyond the Company’s control, the
Company may at anytime cancel such tour or what remains of it or make alterations to the route, accommodation,
price and/or any other aspect thereof as it deems fit, and any losses and expenses resulting from such cancellation
or alternation shall be for the account of the customer.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier of the service which the customer
contracts for in terms of booking. The Company will provide on request, the identity of the supplier and such suppliers terms and conditions may include, but are not limited to, provisions regarding cancellation fees or amendment fees applicable to confirmed reservations, refunds/no refunds for no shows/unused services, late booking fees, baggage allowances, confirmation of flights etc. In the case of Airlines, the general cancellation fee applicable to tickets issued, is 25% (twenty five per centum), the typical baggage allowance 20kg, extension of ticket validity is not permitted and the customer must reconfirm his/her flight within 72 hours prior to departure.

Neither the Company or representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, death or damages, arising from any tour/
travel package set out herein except in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

The Company will not be responsible for any charges that appear on a travellers credit card.

PRICES (RATES MANUAL) & DETAILS

Prices quoted on the Companies rates manual are based on airfares (where included), hotel prices, land costs and
rate of exchange a the date printed on the price schedule. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices by way of
a revised price schedule from time to time, in accordance with increases in airfares, hotel rates, Entrance fees,
government and regional levies and taxes and currency fluctuations.

Airfares are subject to the price and conditions quoted by the Airlines and cannot be guaranteed by the Company.

All information contained in the Companies Itinerary and rates manual are to the best of the Companies knowledge
and belief true and correct, but the Company accepts no liability for any errors/inaccuracies contained therein.

Any discounts applicable to minor children, are set out in the rates manual.

On confirmation of booking, the customer shall be liable to pay the tour price set out in the most current version
of the rates manual, applicable at time of confirmation.

Prices quoted exclude any items or services not specified in the Itinerary. Typical items not included may be: a Tour
guide, Airport taxes, costs of obtaining visas and passports, telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements,
gratuities and portage, meals and beverages, airfares or any other item of a personal nature not specified.

RESERVATIONS

On confirmation of the booking the customer shall pay the Company a deposit of 50% of total price.

The balance owing on the Invoice must be paid 4 (four) weeks prior to departure.

In the event of any reservation being completed less than 30 (thirty) days prior to departure, the total price is due
immediately on confirmation and is non-refundable. The Company will only proceed with bookings after payment has been received in full.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been made by due date in
which event, any deposit paid will be forfeited to the Company.

Documentation is only prepared on receipt of full and final payment and completed booking form and travel
declaration.

Confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit, shall constitute acceptance of the Companies terms and
conditions of business.

PAYMENTS

On confirmation of the booking the customer shall pay the Company a deposit of 50% of total price.

The Company will accept payment for all land arrangements in CASH ONLY. Payment by TT or EFT (Electronic
Transfer) will constitute a cash payment.

The Company reserves the right to charge a booking fee and/or a handling fee which will be included in the total
price.

In the event of the customers cancelling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in
writing and shall be effective only on the date which the Company receives the notice of cancellation, and in such
instances cancellation charges will be levied as follows (except Private Game Lodges, Zimbabwe, Botswana and
Namibia where more stringent cancellatin fees apply, details on request available from the Company)

45 days – 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total price
14 days – 08 days prior to departure: 70% of total price
07 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total price

Special payment and cancellation conditions may apply for peak periods and are set out under exclusion of Liability,
suppliers terms & risks, all travel arrangements are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions
of the supplier thereof.

Amendments and all cancellations en route must be made with the Company directly. Please note that en route
cancellations and amendments may incur fees as determined by the Company. Any such amounts due as a result
of such amendments/cancellations made directly with the Company are payable directly to the Company.

Amendments to confirmed reservations will be processed at a fee of ZAR100.00 excl VAT for each alternation made
to a booking after the initial reservation. If notice of amendments is received 45 (forty five) days prior to departure,
the above cancellation charges will also be levied. Administration charges will be levied on all documentation/vouchers submitted for re-issue or refund.

No refunds will be made for no-shows, or any unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the basic
inclusive tour prices, or whether they are in respect of prebooked optional arrangments.

HOTELS, COACHES & SERVICES

The Company reserves the right to substitute hotels or coach operators or other services listed with others of a
similar or higher category at no additional cost of the traveler, even after commencement of the tour.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests must be made at the time of booking. The Company will endeavour to comply with the special
requests, which will be for the cost of the traveler, but cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS/PASSPORTS/VISAS/VACCINATIONS/INOCULATIONS/RE-ENTRY PERMITS & INTL DRIVERS LICENSES

All travelers will be personally responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of the correct documentation
prior to their departure.

The Company shall not be responsible for any consequences whatsoever should the traveler fail to ensure that he/she
has complied with the necessary health, passport, visa, re-entry permits, or other legal requirements. Due to the
constantly changing requirements of each country, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any information, which it or its representative may furnish to the traveler in relation to the above.

Should the Company be required to courier documents, any costs incurred will be for the customers account.

If travelers intend to drive a rental vehicle, they should obtain an International driving permit from their local transport
authority. The traveler must also be in possession of his/her local driving license and produce same at the rental
check-in counter.
Please note that clients are required to have a personal credit card for the holding fee on the rental vehicle.
NB. IF NO CREDIT CARD IS PRESENTED BY THE CLIENT – NO RENTAL VEHICLE WILL BE RELEASED BY THE RENTAL COMPANY.

INSURANCE

If travelers intend to drive a rental vehicle, the travelers will be under the Insurance cover of the supplier (cover
depends on the category of Insurance chosen) the Company takes no responsibility or liability should the clients have an accident.

All travelers are advised and are solely responsible to take out comprehensive travel insurance and to familiarise
themselves with any exceptions and conditions as may be imposed by the insurance company or underwriters
issuing the policy of insurance which they select. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any information
which its or its representatives furnish in relation to travel insurance or filing/prosecuting a claim on the travelers
behalf against any insurer/underwriter who has issued a policy to the traveler for any claims disputed/rejected by
the insurers.

TRAVEL DECLARATIONS

The Company requires that all foreign payments that are made on behalf of any South African travelers, must be
deducted from the travelers foreign exchange allowance. A currency declaration to this effect must be lodged before
final documentation can be released.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Company shall not be bound by any representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein or agreed
to by it in writing. No representation, term, warranty or condition express or implied shall be considered to be or have been made or agreed or implied by reference to any other writing, advertisment or conversation.

No indulgence, which the Company may grant to any party, shall constitute a waiver of any of the rights of the
Company who shall not thereby be precluded from exercising any rights against the customer and/or the traveler
which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.

Should the Company appoint a tour guide in respect of any tour, then the traveler shall be obliged to comply with all
reasonable instructions of such tour guide. The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour of any traveler who
wrongfully or unlawfully fails to adhere to the reasonable instructions of an appointed tour guide, and/or cause any
wrongful disruption, disturbance or nuisance to any other traveler, tour group or service provider.

All travelers shall comply with any prohibition on smoking imposed on any coaches and at any hotels/venues on any tour.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices and rates are quoted in South African Rands or
US Dollars as specified, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Payment in approved foreign currency will be accepted
at the rate of exchange applied by the bankers of the Company at the time of receipt of payment. Any shortfall
resulting from exchange rate fluctuations will be for the account of the passenger.
