It was announced on Friday that visa fees are no longer applicable for clients travelling to Zambia from most of our source markets. Passengers carrying passports from the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia or the European Union will no longer have to purchase visas in order to enter Zambia. Happily the Government has heard calls from the tourism industry to simplify the process of tourists entering the country.
Although this new ruling was supposed to take effect on Saturday the 1st of October it was only announced on Friday afternoon so we believe it will take a few days for the news to be distributed to all immigration offices.
