We are delighted to inform you that Klaserie Sands is launching a second camp in our beloved Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. Klaserie Sands Safari Trails will be a world-class walking safari destination, located approximately 45 minutes from our River Camp.
Offering guests the same intimate immersion in nature and the family-style warmth for which we are proud to be renowned, we are thrilled to announce this new addition to our Klaserie Sands family!
In the cacophony of chaos we call the 21st century, many travellers are searching for a holiday experience that offers more than an escape from the every day. There is a yearning for stillness and reconnection that many traditional vacation outlets are unable to deliver.
Exclusively available to the camp’s guests and staff, the area is strewn with undiscovered animal paths and abundant birdlife, offering guests the most intimate of safari and tracking experiences. The diverse terrain offers panoramic vistas of the nearby Olifants River and distant Drakensberg mountain range. 
Nestled amongst the trees, the tented accommodation is tastefully appointed, ensuring guests’ absolute comfort with soft linens, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Each of the 4 tents features a private deck overlooking the dry riverbed. A communal lounge area features a selection of boardgames and books as well as a bar laden with a selection of delicious snacks and beverages.
