It may be cold outside, but things are heating up in the Manor Kitchen this August, with the introduction of “Moments at Manor Kitchen” – a series of tantalising experiences that promise to ignite the senses.
MASTERCLASS WITH CHEF STEPHEN FRAZER
On 3 August, we start the month off with the return of the Masterclass with
Stephen Fraser.
The Masterclass will take place on the first Wednesday of every month where we invite guests to experience a mouth-watering journey, unlocking new techniques and finding out the secrets that has made Chef Stephen a master of his trade.
LANZERAC LIVE
Back from its hiatus, Lanzerac Winter Live returns every Friday night from 5 August until the 28th of October 2022.
Take a break and come and enjoy an eventful Friday evening with live music (Ethan Florus) while enjoying either a three-course or five-course dinner.
WINEMAKERS DINNERS
Our popular Winemakers Dinners are making their return to the Manor Kitchen.
Join us every last Wednesday of the month until October, and join Cellar Master, Wynand Lategan, as he personally guides you through a tasting experience of our award-winning wines, perfectly paired with dishes created by Executive Chef, Stephen Fraser.

Every Saturday from 6 August until 29 October 2022, we invite you to enjoy a seven-course dinner paired with our award-winning wines.
This Manor Kitchen experience will open up your tastebuds as you’re taken on a culinary journey. Wines from our Premium, Keldermeester Versameling and Heritage ranges will be paired with exquisite dishes not on our normal menu.
